AGM (General Terms and Conditions)

§1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and deliveries of S&I Handels- und Montage GmbH.

§2 Conclusion of contract
A contract is concluded through our written order confirmation or through the performance of the service.

§3 Services
We carry out window, door, and sun protection installations and repairs using state-of-the-art technology.

§4 Prices & Payment
The prices agreed upon in the offer apply. Invoices are due within 14 days of the invoice date without deductions.

§5 Warranty & Liability
We provide a warranty to the extent permitted by law. We assume no liability for damages resulting from improper use.

§6 Place of jurisdiction
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Wiener Neustadt.
